Day 2 – Sketching

Understanding the client brief | Choosing relevant words from the brief | Creating a minimal modern mascot | Learning the importance of sketching in logo design | Moving from rough sketches to digital formats | Step-by-step process on how to sketch

Day 3 – Typography

Learning the basics of typography | Understanding the impact of typography on design | Exploring fonts through personal preference (β€œI love this font”) | Learning how to use fonts effectively in logo design

Day 4 – Task

Each student receives a unique logo brief | The brief is explained clearly | Instructions provided on how to proceed | Guidelines shared for submission timeline and format

Day 5 – Client Experience

Sharing real-world logo design processes and client concept stories | Case studies include: Fizz, Laguna, Poop, and Panch Dakshin

Day 6 – Task Review

Reviewing all submissions | Selecting the top 5 designs

Day 7 – Task Review

Continued review and discussion of designs

2nd Week

Day 1 – Packaging Introduction

Introduction to packaging design | Understanding why packaging is necessary | Exploring different types of packaging | Learning the basics of packaging | Discussing the importance of color theory in packaging design

Day 2 – Pictorial Packaging

Learning how to place images effectively on packaging | Using typography and colors meaningfully | Achieving visual balance and aesthetic appeal | Focusing on brand story and proper brand placement

Day 3 – Illustrative Packaging

How to start illustrating for packaging | Choosing the right colors and typography for illustration | Understanding the importance of emotion in packaging design | Explaining some of the best packaging examples

Day 4 – Trend

Discussing current market trends in packaging | Understanding the importance of packaging trends | Why well-designed packaging matters for brands

Day 5 – Client Experience

Sharing packaging work done for real clients | Projects discussed include: Poop, Laguna, and The Fizz

Day 6 – Task Review

Reviewing all packaging tasks | Selecting the top 5 designs

Day 1 – Branding

4th Week

Day 1 – Presentation & Consistency

Learning how to show your work properly | Developing creative consistency | Exploring books that help designers grow | Building confidence in your design journey

Day 2 – Freelancing & Work Opportunities

Learning how to find work through cold emails and social media | Understanding how to approach clients | Discussing creativity vs quantity vs quality in projects

Day 3 – Practice & Growth

Discovering the best ways to learn and practice design regularly

Day 4–7 – Final Task Review & Guidance

Final task presentation (design + logo + packaging) | Comprehensive review of all submitted work | Parallel tips on finding clients | Wrapping up the program with practical career advice
