Challenge

The bidi market is highly competitive and largely traditional, making it difficult for individual brands to stand out. Consumers often perceive bidi brands as
interchangeable, with little differentiation beyond pricing. For Maidan Bidi, the challenge lies in building a strong identity that resonates emotionally with its
audience while retaining the trust and authenticity of a rural-rooted product. Additionally, there is a need to modernize communication without losing the
nostalgic value that long-time users associate with the brand.

We created a vibrant packaging design featuring farmer illustrations, bold colors, and heritage-inspired typography. This approach honored tradition
while enhancing visibility, built stronger trust, and positioned Maidan Bidi as a brand rooted in culture yet appealing to modern sensibilities.
